VIE LESA MeetUp: Focus on the here and now
on February 11, 2019

Just caught myself (and according to Harvard papers that happens to many others and often!): My mind started wandering, thinking about the future, the past, daydreaming, worrying…but what about the here and now?

Let’s dedicate our next VIE LESA MeetUp to “Mindfulness” which trains our brain to go to a place of calm and focus. It is about paying attention to the present moment in an accepting and non-judgemental way and gives us the tools we need to be less stressed, calmer and kinder to ourselves and others, at work and at home. Sounds promising?

Join us on 11 February at 17.00 at Santos (Favoritenstrasse 4–6/2, 1040 Vienna) before we head over to PWN Vienna’s Linkup & Learn ” Mindfulness at the Workplace” in the Diplomatic Academy (Favoritenstraße 15A, Vienna). Please register online at https://www.pwnvienna.net/events/1930-pwn-vienna-linkup-learn-mindfulness-at-the-workplace.html

We look forward to seeing you on 11 February – please let us know whether you can make it by dropping us a line at office@vie-lesa.org

PS: Verena’s mobile phone: 0043 (0)699 11179730 in case you can’t find us.
